Opening files in Facebook groups.

I run a few groups on Facebook and am having trouble in all of them. In the past if I wanted to open a new file in the group there was a large addition sign that you just clicked on, that has now gone and I can find no way at all to open a new file or to edit existing files.......does anyone know what the secret is please?
