Facebook friends lost and unable to write comments or post anything

I recently made a chage to my FB profile which locked me out of my account.I provided the required information and my account was subsequently activated. Trfouble is that Iam unable to locate my Friends List and I cannot write any comments. Also, my account was reactivated on my phone but I cannot access it on my PC. I am unable to lodge an enquiry toFB Help Centre as I do not have the access.
Any suggestions as to how to fix this problem would be appreciated. Thanks
