Even if it feels like it's a thousand years from now, do it for your mobility in your senior years. Put off having to use a cane as long as possible, and be able to get up if you fall.
Bonus: you'll also stave off dementia.

Sometimes it’s hard to get motivated to workout. I usually work out early and before I eat but I will have a protein shake about 30 minutes before the workout. Now a lot of the times I try to talk myself out of it but I tell myself just do it and I’m always happy I did!

Do you have apple gadgets? they have a good app called Victa, it is in gaming form. If You also run. There you make a hero stronger. For me it turned out to be a good motivation to start running. Its not only keeping fit but also an entertain activity that you can share with ur friends amd people who play it. maybe later they will release on Android
