I'm now watching the two hour special on Peter Jennings, Reporter. He was not only a great reporter, but a great human being. As famous as he was, he never let that change his humility and humanity. We stole one great Canadian to our side. Sorry, Canada, but he was a great American - one of the best of our times.

C.I. I had to stop watching because it made me unexplainably sad. ABC news will never be the same again, I'm afraid, and to think that Dana Reeves has lung cancer--she who never smoked. Ah, the irony of life.
