Woman orgasm during exercise

I had an orgasm while exercising when I was little, I was about 7 years old. I learned and continued to do this, it happens by some muscle stretching to explain that briefly, but WHERE IS THE PLACE ,THE SPOT I still do not understand. Problem is that I have really smaller sensations during normal sex. I want to experience the same intensity of orgasm during sex, I do not want to do some weird exercise **** again , is anybody here who knows something about this kind of orgasm?
