Facebook multiple accounts

I'm working on a FB account for a relative. She has multiple old account profiles, only one is used. Seems like she used the same e-mail and phone# when setting up all the accounts. Now when logging in it goes to one of the other accounts and wants to verify the info. That can't be done because she doesn't use that account at all even though it has her same info. How can we just get the one account profile in place and delete or inactivate the others. You can't log into them and can't log in to the main one, just takes you in a circle to an inactive one which can't be verified. Facebook could probably see this if they logged into her info but I can't find a customer support contact that works. HELP!
