After the male ejaculates in a condom, if your penis is still erected, is it ok not to change the condom and continue the penetration?

No. The recommended use is to change the condom.

A condom is not the best means of birth control, many couples get pregnant while using a condom. Using the condom exactly correctly is the best way to make it work better.

Changing a condom for each sex act is part of that.
