@izzythepush,
Because only one side is almost always presented/cheered here, I do often present the opposing side—sometimes because I believe it; sometimes because it should at least be added to the conversation.

I’d be very surprised if I failed to give the source of a post. Sometimes I use Twitter posts to show a mood on Twitter, not to present a fact. Attribution in those cases seems unimportant—could be Joe Blow. No consequence.

But, I’m not offended by your opinion.
I’m happy to have a couple of spaces where I can still speak my opinion.

@Lash,
I argue with most people here.

It's not just one side.

Rome has offered Assange honorary residence.

@izzythepush,
No one will believe any autopsy that doesn’t align with their political preferences, I’m afraid. If there was no foul play from the Russians, they know this.

If there was, they know this.

Research done by actual journalists trying to find facts.
Navalny did have a relationship with the CIA.

No.

Last October, Rome city councillors voted to give Assange honorary citizenship of the city. (Naples did the same earlier.)
Honorary citizenship can be granted by any municipality to individuals who city councils deem to have a particular merit in the community. It is a local award and should not be confused with Italian citizenship.

@Lash,
Independent Russian media and activists (e.g.Nowaja Gaseta Europa and Gulagu.net , are spreading details about the hours leading up to the official announcement of Navalny's death. According to the unconfirmed reports, there are indications that he had already died the day before.

Gulagu.net also reported that agents of the Russian secret service FSB had switched off and dismantled listening devices and hidden cameras in the penal colony two days before Navalny's death. According to the report, these could have documented Navalny's last hours.

Not even Navalny's mother, who was given the official night of death, has been able to see her son's body.

Nonsense.

Doctors are peer reviewed.

It could be done by a team of international doct9rs .

What you're doing is giving yourself a reason to only believe those sources that confirm your own prejudices.

Everybody does it is a lame excuse used to cover up a multitude of crimes.

@Walter Hinteler,
I believe some of that is true.

I don’t automatically accept all of your points are facts.
I acknowledge Navalny may have been killed at the prison or died of complications of previous poisoning.

I don’t even accept uncritically that the previous poisoning was carried out at Putin’s order, but also don’t assert that such orders have never been carried out on Putin’s orders.

Navalny poisoning: CIA, MI6, ‘discredited’ state-funded Bellingcat play key role in accusing Russia

Western media coverage has overlooked the key role of the CIA, MI6, and the NATO member state-funded outlet Bellingcat in generating the allegation that Russia’s FSB poisoned Alexei Navalny.

Russia’s FSB intelligence agency has been accused of poisoning opposition activist Alexei Navalny. While the allegation may prove to be true, Western media coverage has overlooked the key role of the CIA, MI6, and the state-funded outlet Bellingcat in generating it.

Western media outlets have failed to disclose that Bellingcat is funded by NATO member states, including the US via the National Endowment for Democracy, and that Bellingcat has a dubious record. In a leaked assessment, the UK government’s Integrity Initiative wrote: “Bellingcat was somewhat discredited, both by spreading disinformation itself, and by being willing to produce reports for anyone willing to pay.”

And few have paid attention to reporting by the New York Times that shortly after Navalny was flown to Germany for treatment, “representatives from the Central Intelligence Agency and Britain’s Secret Intelligence Service provided members of the German government with details about the poisoning, including the identities of the Federal Security Service officers involved, that directly implicated the Russian government.”

I'm surprised you left out the possibility that the covid vaccine was responsible.

Thank you. I was hoping some humor would be thrown into that "discussion."

Alexei Navalny died from the COVID vaccine and the fact that nobody wants to admit it is shameful

Why would you blame Putin for something Navalny did to himself by taking an experimental MRNA vaccine? x.com/nypost/status/…

mRNA vaccines have not been approved for use in Russia.

Biden's Support For Israel Is Fracturing The Reproductive Rights Movement.
.

https://www.huffpost.com/entry/biden-israel-support-fractures-reproductive-rights-movement_n_65ce3765e4b04daca6961613#

This quote says everything about these protesters, and it isn't ABOUT A WOMEN'S right to choose, and the anonymity of these protestors speaks volumes:

""Some workers who spoke with HuffPost acknowledged that this is simply the role of larger organizations during a critical election year; organizations like Planned Parenthood have to tread carefully on controversial issues in order to ensure donations continue, some said. Others felt differently.

“All of the Planned Parenthood workers, I think we know that Planned Parenthood is a white liberal feminist organization that’s of the Hillary Clinton types or imperial feminists,” one Planned Parenthood worker said. “Through our unions we’re trying to change that… but it’s not easy.”

"Reproductive justice workers believe Biden is contributing to a maternal and reproductive health crisis in Gaza. They’re deeply frustrated with him and the big reproductive rights groups that are backing him.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris celebrated what would have been the 51st anniversary of Roe v. Wade in late January — their first campaign event of 2024. The “Restore Roe” rally in northern Virginia made it clear that the Biden/Harris ticket will center abortion rights in the reelection campaign. The theater was filled with the president’s supporters and leadership from national reproductive rights organizations who have endorsed him, including Planned Parenthood, the National Organization for Women and Reproductive Freedom for All.

Only a few minutes into Biden’s speech, several protesters interrupted, calling for a cease-fire in Israel’s U.S.-backed military operation in Gaza, which has killed more than 28,000 Palestinians and set off a maternal and reproductive health crisis.

The president was interrupted over a dozen times as security struggled to wrangle protesters who were screaming “Genocide Joe!” and demanding a cease-fire. Hundreds of Biden supporters tried to drown out the protesters by clapping and chanting, “Four more years!”

I'm sure you've got it there.

However, it's an interesting bit of counter-messaging. One probably ought to understand his earlier invitation to Putin to do whatever he wants to NATO members who have lapsed on agreed contributions to the defense alliance as a proffer for future favors if Putin continues and increases efforts to aid Trump in this next election. But here his formulation has Putin as equivalent to the evil deep state forces trying to bring innocent Trump down (knowing this contradiction will be totally lost on the MAGA base).
