Tom Brady is not looking like an old man...and Patrick Mahomes is not looking like a relatively new-kid on the block.
It was apparent that the "turf-toe" was slowing Patrick down. That is not the kind of injury that will heal easily during the next two weeks...but I hope it does. I never in a zillion years thought I would ever root for an AFC contender...or for the Chiefs, in particular. But here I am...rooting for them full out.
This virtual contest was a delight, George. Thanks for the work you put into it...and thanks for letting me get in at the end. Hope I find the thread earlier next year...and get involved during the season.
