Trump tweeted a 5m video introducing himself last night. He started with "Hi perhaps you recognize me is/as your faourate president."

Well, I failed to get whether he pronounced "is" or "as". "Is" seems to be ungrammatical here. Do you hear it as "as"? Or "is"?

It's a little hard to make out but I think he probably means "as".

@oralloy,
Thank you.

Please describe his sound - crisp, clear or calm...? - if you would like to.

@oristarA,
I'm not sure how to describe it. It just sounds like him speaking.

But having listened to him again, I'm thinking that he said: "Perhaps you recognize me. It's your favorite president."
