What is the part of a person's top (shirt, jacket, sweater, etc.) that hangs off a shoulder called?

Hi. What is the part of a person's top (shirt, jacket, sweater, etc.) that hangs off a shoulder called?

Would that be called a "yoke"? It's the part of the top that covers the shoulder.

Would you say, "the girl made the yoke of her jacket drop and hang off of her shoulder"?
