How to take care of your mental health during that period of time whereof lot of stress is imposed during the whole day

@darsh,
Get a big dog. One that can eat you if you piss it off or love you unconditionally if you treat him nice.

That way, if you get so depressed that you feel like lashing out you can lash out at your dog and risk losing an arm OR, give him a big ol hug and let him calm you down.

Therapy really helps (which I have used). Medication also has been proven to work. I highly recommend seeing a good therapist.

I was surprised to find that scientific research doesn't show any benefit for exercise in helping with depression. I have always believed that exercise helps.
