Trump himself doesn't think there was cheating in the election except that he doesn't think the black vote should be counted. To him that's cheating.

To say over and over and over again that there was cheating is just playing his gullible followers, and is a red herring to divert attention away from his own cheating and plans to cheat in the future.

Trump like Putin is an expert with doublespeak in lieu of a platform.
