which is that a young girl or woman who says I don't care has very likely got some problems of self image or self esteem, and howver nonchalant she sounds, may be both needy and fragile.

Any ideas on what i can do to help i mean i really love this person i don't want to leave her unless its absolutely unpreventable we have even been talking about marriage. BUt your right i probably just didn't want to admit it but she did have some problems with cutting,drugs,suicide any help here ?
