Children's Viatmins: 1 or 2 for Adults

Does anyone know if I should be taking 1 or 2 children's vitamins daily? I'd call my doctor but he is busy and something like this would take him a while to get back to me so I thought I'd check here first. Thanks!

I thought you're a bit older than that Bella Wink

Why would you take children's vitamins? They don't have
enought USRDA for an adult dosage.

Adult multivitamins are too hard on my stomach and cause me a lot of gastrointestinal turbulance.
Shocked

My doctor suggested I take childrens viatmins instead, since they are chewable and easier to digest. I didn't ask how many though and have been taking just one for a while now. I only thought that perhaps I should be taking more than one because I was buying a new brand and looked at the back.

If your doctor is too busy to return your call within 24 hours, then call a pharmacist. They will know.

Usually the chewable vitamins' containers list doses for adults (defined as age 14 and over) on the side, next to the child dosage. I believe just one vitamin/day is usually recommended.
