Hi . Recently i had a protected vaginal intercourse with a girl. After we finished because she had roomate she asked me to wear under wear before going to restroom. I went to restroom and took out the condom. After i put on my underrwear i noticed that inside my underwear is wet due to contact with condom secretions. Tip of my penis also touched the area. Is there any chance hiv through this way

It seems highly unlikely based on my understanding (I am not a medical professional). It is actually pretty unlikely catching HIV from a single act unprotected intercourse with someone you know has the virus.
You should get tested anyway.
