I performed unprotected oral on a female sex worker, I am concerned that I may have caught HIV. I went to a sexual health clinic and they advised that there is no need for me to get tested for HIV based on this. However, I still worry about it, what should I do?

Get a second opinion from your primary care physician and take it from there.
And next time, use a dental dam.
