I've come across three important issues in this thread that you should consider.
1. Numbing products: Be careful with those. They can numb your member but they can also numb her vagina or, enven worst, her mouth. You're trying tho enhance her pleasure by lasting longer, but by numbing her mouth or her vagina you'll get no results.
2. Desensitizing your penis: What's the deal with that? If you want to extend your pleasure, then why would you desensitize your tool? Lasting longer is a medium to achieve a goal, that goal is an enhanced sexual pleasure which won't be found by desensitizing your penis.

The Sami in Lapland use ground reindeer antler, but I can't vouch for its effectiveness, because I never tried it myself. You are supposed to put it under your tongue (I guess it works in the sense that it will distract you, thus taking your mind off the act).
