If it could be a dead celebrity I'd pass on the hot date in favor of a girls night out with Dorothy Parker.

For an alive person it would have to be someone like Jon Stewart of Jerry Seinfield.

So sue me - beauty fades but humor is forever and I'm a total sucker for smart, funny men.

dlowan picks Alcibiades! Good choice, apparently for either you or me. I came across a passage some years ago while doing a paper on the fellow which described him entering a public area where folks were watching a play. According to the writer, Alcibiades was such an unusually beautiful specimen that everyone, men and women, gasped as he strode, robed in purple, into the theatre.
