So here's some vague, generic advice.

Be your nice, kind, polite self. To your crush, yes, but to everyone you meet. That is, be a good person.

Other good people will notice. Some may even be attracted to you, and vice versa. Live your live that way, rather than with the pursuit of someone in mind who does not seem to be interested.

Crushes are fine and they are perfectly healthy. But don't put all of your relationship "eggs" into such a basket.

Being a well-rounded, good person with a well-rounded life, rich in experiences, is very attractive.
