Energies and privacy

Hi!

I am currently living in an apartment and I'm afraid about my privacy and internet security. How safe am I? Sometimes it feels like someone sitting and mimicing my movements? Is that possible, let's say really serious criminals is using disabled people (which can be a reality in todays political climate)? I get a feeling something is not right, anyone experienced something like this before?
