I recently found a few bottles of wine I was given as a house-warming gift 20+ years ago. It wasn't such a good wine that aging it will be a good thing. Maybe I can use it in a vinegar-based dressing.

First of, I tried to gather as much information as I can like knowing their hobbies and if they like to collect any stuffs. Do you know if they're collecting a particular item? Maybe you can add more to it.
