I am currently 17 years old about 110 pounds and I am 5,2, is there anyway I can grow taller than 5,2 or any ways that could steer me into getting taller?

@Johnmelo ,
People tend to stop growing somewhere between your age and maybe 25 or so.

Height is determined by genetics. You can't change it (although you can stunt yourself with malnutrition).

@Johnmelo ,
As per my knowledge height growth continues till at the age of 22-25 and so, according to me you have a good height as per your age, but still if you are not satisfied with this you can try few exercise in your daily routine like:
Bar Hanging
Jumping on trampoline
Stretching
Swimming
Rope Skipping etc.

If you've reached puberty - That's it!
No more growing.
You're a midget and always will be.

Have a great journey.

@Johnmelo ,
fundamentally because of the way that the bones quit developing at this age. Medical procedures and development hormones which guarantee tallness development in grown-ups are possibly unsafe and inconvenient to the body. Be that as it may, with a couple of traps and tips, it is conceivable to include a couple of inches or if nothing else seem taller.

1. Legitimate Diet and Nutrition

2. Presentation To Sunlight

3. Extending And Exercise

4. Yoga

5. Legitimate Sleep

Developing taller after 19, it's conceivable to build stature following 19 years. On the off chance that anyone wishes to become taller rapidly after 18– 25y, they should keep up a few guidelines, for example,

>To become taller quickly will take a tremendous measure of protein like as calcium, vitamin-D, and Zinc.

>To reach of your potential body stature, you should require adequate profound rest from 8– 10 hours for every night.

>To keep up typical sound eating routine arrangement and taken sufficient calories. For example, You cannot get a lot of protein from meat, eggs, fish and dairy items develops taller like Milk, cheddar, and calcium.

You can get a lot of Zinc from Red meat, nuts, clams and seed and should need to build stature satisfactory Vitamin D3, the best common wellspring of vitamin-D3 is daylight.

@Johnmelo ,
Normal height grows till the age of 18 - 20 years. It also depends on few factors like genetic blueprint, growth hormones, best exercises, yoga poses and foods in your diet to increase your height naturally. In order to grow taller, you should do exercises like aerobics, skipping, stretching, pull ups, running and follow proper diet.

The medical advice being given here is bogus. There is no exercise that you can do to have any impact on your height (not bar hanging, not yoga and not trampolines). Of course, exercise is good for you in general, but it isn't going to increase your height.

Same with diet.

@maxdancona,
Although most adults won't grow taller after age 18 to 20, there are exceptions to this rule. First, the closure of the growth plates may be delayed in some individuals (36, 37). If the growth plates remain open past age 18 to 20, which is uncommon, height could continue to increase.

@TomSterling,
Just hang from a bar with 50lb weights tied to your ankles.
'Jumping on a trampoline' is NOT a Growth Inducer.

Nor is 'Rope-skipping' or 'cycling'.

There is NO designated 'AGE' of physiological slowdown - It is based on an average.

You cannot increase your height without stretching your entire anatomy.
You CAN prevent stunting height.
