In addition, each of these women have names, and stories - we know who they are. In Boston, Emma MacDonald. At Sandy Hook, Carlee Soto, the sister of one of the girls who was murdered. In Aurora, Amanda Medek, who lost her sister in that shooting. All that was already documented in the Snopes link Farmerman mentioned, at https://www.snopes.com/same-girl-crying-now-oregon/, because this particular conspiracy-nutter meme has been around for a while. The only new thing about your picture is that they photoshopped in a girl from Parkland, even though she literally doesn't look like the others at all.

I'll note that there is a controversy on this one. Snopes doesn't have any credibility at this point and there are several indications that the public is being played on these shooting stories.
