Montana, I just received a holiday box from you, that looks like at one point it may have contained dried fruit and beef jerkey. Inside was only a note, from Homeland Security, indicating that Canadian beef is "...considered a weapon of mass destruction" and was thus confiscated.

I just figured out why my card took so long to arrive...it had obvious anti American slogans and propaganda in it...very disrespectful and downright threatening to george bush....it said "Peace On Earth"
Well, no wonder why!!! I couldn't figure it out, but now it all makes sense.
