I have a tiny Ronald MacD sitting at the top of the stairs here. I always smile at the cavMemory it brings on. Big snowflakes have a similar effect.

Like djjd, I was still a new member when cavfancier died. I thought his avatar was the best. I posted on a few of his threads. Was this the last thread he started? I think it was.

I think he did one called "Weepy songs" . That one sends shivers up my spine cause I think cav knew that he was not long for this life and he posted a song by Warren Zevon .

MAybe ehbeth will have a better sense of when some of cavs last threads were posted in respect to his lifes end.

Just click on his name on one of his posts to go to his page. You can then follow his posts backwards....ie his latest posts are at the beginning.

You can also go to his topics....but they won't be in the order he created them, but the latest post order...if you get me....still you can see when they were created if you look at them.

On the Spontaneous Poems thread, Cav started out not much above average in his contributions, but he quickly improved. By the end of his run on there he had become a poet, in my estimation.

Photos of Bo and Set and cav came up in my FB memories today. The search for the correct date led me back here again - great re-read. Miss that fella. He had such an impact.
