My audition for the Food Network has been bumped up to this coming Teusday. No promises of success, and despite having the outline, I still have no idea what to expect. Last-minute jitters, I suppose. Anyway, when opportunity knocks, you gotta answer the door. :wink:

????What do airplane pilots have to do with the food network? Is this a show about airplane food?

Or, is the pilot the food, as in recipes for cannibals, in case one crash-lands on your island?

farmerman is right, Emeril is cooking up the strangest
creations I've ever heard of. Must be the Louisiana influence,
but he needs to be replaced badly.

Now that's a cool concept. I'd snatch up a recipes for cannibals show in a heartbeat.

IF I get the job, it will probably be something rather pedestrian. I highly doubt Emeril, despite his becoming tiresome, will ever be replaced, because I believe he owns substantial shares of the Food Network. Anyway, it's all pretty exciting, and as I've been down with a flu for a bit, I hope I don't look too sickly, lol.

Cav, I brought in a team of experts that are willing to root for you. This is the 2004 Dallas Cowboy cheerleading squad.

One of them asked "Do you think he could whip up something tasty for us, remember you are what you eat!", I said "sure, how about a couple dozen tarts?"

Well, she got so excited, she started doing cartwheels right in my office, I had to bring in a couple of linebackers to contain her.
