Hi,
My period was a couple days late and I had intense cramps and felt something 'come out' of me. I had a sanitary towel on as I expected my period 3 days prior and ignored it and kept about my day. About 2 hours later I notice in the bathroom a very large clot - but unlike my regular period clots - and nothing white tissue around the clot too.
My genitals became very sensitive and extremely sore, I can relate it to the chill you have when you are sick etc. Anyways I have been having sore cramps since and wondered if this could be it.
Incase anyone wishes for further details I have uploaded the pic. I showed my partner and he also got worried when he normally does not.
