That was our fun movie. Our 'quality' movie (we have a set rule of one quality movie to two fun movies) was the Lives of Others - which was awesome. Quality AND fun.

The music in the Werewolf was highly amusing. The ending was a bit...anticlimactic, but oh well. For 1981 I guess it was pretty cutting edge all around.

JPB - I loved the contrast between the background music (and porno) as he changes over.

I get a voicemail from a tenant at the place I don't live at.

He got towed, and asked for a ride to the tow station.

F**K THAT. I just sent a text saying I can't do it. Didn't realize I'm a taxi driver.

So, here's the giant flamingo pinata. Ain't he a beaut? Please note the huge gin & tonics on the table. Also note that Dasha has taken said flamingo to her bed.

Gin!

I find that a fascinating sentence to restart a conversation from four and half months ago.

Yes, but our "listeners" as we called them at home, weren't quite as compassionate.

I gats a question.

My tenants downstairs from me clogged the sh!t out of the garbage disposal. Draino didn't work, and I tried snaking it myself which didn't work either. So a plumbing visit and $300 later it's fixed.

When you ran the disposal before, all this rice came up on the sink side. It filled up a good amount of a very large bowl. And the plumber found egg shells in there, and said a lot of food was clogged.

I wrote them an email saying the bill's going to be split up(with me contributing) equally. Well one asked to meet later, and they haven't left the money for it, so I'm assuming they don't want to pay.

Am I in the wrong...right...what do you think?

Hah! You're even nice enough to pick up half of the tab, so yes, they
should fork over the 150 bucks and hopefully will be more careful in
future.

Back when I still had good nerves for tenants, one of them broke the
microwave and I told them that they needed to replace it which they
did.

Tenants are responsible for repairs incurred through negligence
or willful damage.
