Welcome home--and congratulations on converting an addict to Life Away from the Keyboard. This bodes well for the future.
That's what I think too. My future, especially.
Eoe--
You've got island music and romantic sunsets and a distance from family problems at least once a year in your potential future.
Flatter, educate, pamper that man.
You know it, girlfriend! He so much enjoyed having a balcony and just sitting there, watching the waves (he's an artist also and this may have inspired him to paint again, who knows?) so now I'm thinking about Alaska next. I understand the visuals on that cruise are spectacular.
Or you could always go back to the Bahamas and stay there for awhile...find a nice hotel on the beach and sit on the balcony all he wants.....
Glad to hear you're back...KNEW you'd enjoy it!
Alaska!
High points for me:
Walking around on a glacier after a helicopter ride from Juneau.
The White Pass & Yukon Route from Skagway.
Creek Street in Ketichikan.
Spotting orcas from the deck of the ship.
Watching huge pieces of ice come crashing down from a glacier.
