I used to have terrible cramps, and occasionally had to throw up in public places.
That was a long time ago. Medicine knows more now about helping with this than back in my cramping days. The pill advised back then was useless to me.
I did completely stop cramps when I started on birth control pills, whew, but that was also a long time ago and so I strongly recommend you see a gynecologist, or at least a licensed Medical Doctor. Or, research yourself by looking up menstrual cramps on the internet.
There can be ideas on the internet that are plain wrong, so take what you find with a "grain of salt". Are you near a city with a medical school? The med schools I've been around have had medical libraries and let you go in and read.
