I am going to ask.
Why is it that when you drink the recommended amount of water each day, you pee 14 times? Isn't this just defeating the purpose of drinking the water? Aren't you wasting your time drinking all those extra glasses you just pee out? Wouldn't it be more time efficient to just drink enough so that you don't pee every 30 minutes? Just wondering.

I hate people who post serious questions in a thread that has clearly been taken over by the insane.
(But seriously, you should drink the recommended amount of water because it's healthy to do so. Your body's cells need lots of water to function properly. If you are well-hydrated your body will be more efficient and you will get sick less often.)
