I often wake up with 'headboard Hair' as Mr S calls it!

Maybe I'll develop a bald patch.....like those cute ones babies have.

I'd be interested in hearing if there are any other female A2Kers, who, like me, develop a frightful headache if they have a particularly 'strong' orgasm! First time it happened, I thought I was having a stroke (what a way to go). It appears that though unusual, it is not uncommon. Embarrassed

"Not tonight.....you'll GIVE me a headache!"

YES, dammit! It happens to me sometimes - and to me fella if it is very strong. Lol - I figured it had something to do with hydraulics of blood flow or something - plus tensing muscles - when it happened to me.

HE panicked when it happened to him!!!!! So did I - thought I'd killed him, or some damn thing. He went to see his doctor - was gently told that he must have been VERY happy. It IS a turn off, though.

If I have a particularly bad neck (I have chronic neck problems) it will happen, too, as soon as any major interest er.... stirs. If I persist it gets worse - finally becoming excruciating.

I do lots of neck exercises and stretches and such - plus massages....

Ice cream headache is another related condition, so how about hot cream headache?

Could also be a really good band name: Hot Cream Headache.

I always figured the headache ya got after sex was called offspring. Mrs Timber, who's a nurse, tells me the "Compensable under most major insurance plans" term is "coital (or post-coital) cephalgia" She says its related to migraines. I'd google it for ya, but I feel a headache comin' on. Twisted Evil Laughing

funny it says it's more common in women...just the opposite in the Bear household...but I suffer with migraines frequently so I guess that has something to do with it....

Which sounds better?

"stop! I feel coital cephalgia coming on"

OR

"stop! Your giving me shag head"

But thanks Timber. Now I can diagnose my fella with confidence....if I can remember.

Did your sources tell you what you DO about it???

And how on earth is it compensable? Who you gonna sue?

Oh, MY!!! I searched "coital cephalgia" and the third link on my list using MSN Search is "Catholic Charity New Orleans."

There's a joke in that coincidence regarding American politics, religion and Faith Based Values, but I aint gonna touch it! We all already know we're screwed!
