The Chinese News Agency reports a study has been ordered to determine if the sub planet Pluto can be moved to an orbit around our Earth. They claim it would be easier to put a colony on there than to move people to Mars. The Chinese Space Agency asks that a plan be submitted at the end of December. This report is made up bullshit but there will be some who wish to argue the point anyway.
Wow, that would be a heck of a project! (if it was real). It would take many thousands of years. I wonder why the colony couldn't just be put on the moon...

Mmm, Bacon retold in ellipsis:
Mahomet cald the Hill to come to him. And when the Hill stood still, he was neuer a whit abashed, but said; If the Hill will not come to Mahomet, Mahomet wil go to the hil.
which put the cat among the pigeons and some up in arms.
A leading antagonist Hu Flung Dung scotched the idea that To Tow Plu To, head of astrophysics at the Chinese space agency, pulled out.

WHAT?! How dare the Chinese lay claim to the former-planet known as Pluto?! Everyone know that teh US laid claim to it when out deep space probes flew past. If ANYONE is going to tow Pluto in to be a new mmon to Earth, it WILL be the US.
Who do these Chinese think they are?

The trouble with towing sub planets is that an hour after you've finished, you want to tow it again.

@edgarblythe,
Hmm, seems like a thought exercise more than anything. Though knowing nothing of the study's genesis, my first inclination is to wonder if its true intention is weed something/someone out.

Apparently the Chinese are considering dropping their One Child Policy.
