There is this guy that is rude and bugs me all the time. I ask him what his problem is because he is nice to everyone but me. He told me that "I stole Bill away from him" Bill is my boyfriend but it's not like they are close friends. My mom says this guy probably likes me but I don't think so. What do you think is his problem?

If he's rude and bugs you, why are you putting yourself in his path?

You can use your time thinking about why that is, and adjust as necessary.

Maybe he secretly liked Bill or something, and got jealous of you?

Just ignore him. He'll get over it. But if he goes to more extreme measures, take action.
