@Finn dAbuzz,
What do you mean "undeserved"? What do I need to do to deserve my reputation.

@maxdancona,
Well if you want to be considered a woman-hater, I retract my adjective.

Alfalfa and Spanky will welcome you into the club.

I've heard rumors that anything below -6 makes unviewable for everyone or something like that. There is a setting in your preferences.

@McGentrix,
Right, and I see all of them regardless of down votes - except when I do it myself.

Actually, I've clicked on a downvoted post that had -30.

@Lash,
Doesn't make it go away, just minimizes it. So you'd have to click it to open it.

@camlok,
Trying to think of who it was. It was during the heat of my anti-Hillary Vital Information Blitz, so at that time, I was giving the -30 guy a run for his dollar.

I'm thinking it may have been my esteemed colleague Layman. Maybe he'll stroll around the corner and reminisce.

Those were heady times. (wistful sigh)

What's it like for you, McGentrix, having only your own posts showing up?

@centrox,
OMG you called me out! Centrox the Magnificent!

Hey clown, it's possible for someone to thumb down a post, see the result and then say "No, not for me"

But not for you.

I have left Reddit and many other sites due to users abusing the down votes with anyone who remotely sounds like they support "Trump."

This site has a lot of embittered liberals who can't make any logical arguments in favor of their demented ideology, but are happy to cast mass votedowns on anyone who disagrees with them.

I think most of my down thumbs (of which I am quite proud) come from liberals. I suspect I piss off Izzy, and Setanta, and Edgar and Osso more than I piss off you and McGentrix.

I doubt that Setanta, Edgar or Osso target you (or anyone else) for serial downvotes.

But yes, any serial downvotes that you suffer do almost certainly come from embittered liberals.

@oralloy,
It is possible to be a liberal, or a conservative without being embittered. However it should be noted that people who aren't embittered generally don't call other people "demented".

True. And I am sure that the conservatives and non-embittered liberals are not conducting serial vote downs.

Really? What language do they use when referring to demented people?

@maxdancona,
What else can people be who deny stark realities, Max, and go off on silly tangents to mask the fact that they are denying such stark realities?

Is there a better, more apt word that you can think of other than demented?

"behaving in a strange, stupid, or crazy way" MacMillan

@maxdancona,
Maybe, but sometimes thoroughly content people come across demented people, and I don't imagine that they have any moral obligation to "walk away."
