What to do when your best friend doesn't support your coming out?

Hey,
So my name is Louise and around 2-3 months ago, i told my best friend ( we are really close) that i thought i was gay and that i felt attracted to women
At first he didn't react but then he told me i was faking it to get attention and that it was just a phase or even that he would find me a perfect PRINCE.
He really is an amazing guy but he really isn't supportive with my sexuality.
What should i do? Remain friends even though he doesn't support me or keep a distance?
Please give me advice on what you would do/act!!
Thks, louise

If a "friend" told me what he told you, they'd be on the ex-friend list pretty quick.

Easy for me to say, since I am not in the situation, but I'd drop him. You deserve support.
