Someting tells me this is home field advantage week. Except for Indy and Green Bay, I might have to go with the home teams

FLASH!
The Kansas City @ Miami game has been moved from Sunday at 1 pm ET to Friday at 7 pm. Friday, as in tomorrow night. This is due, of course, to the impending arrival of Wilma on Sunday.

The deadline for picks to be in is supposed to be kick-off time of the first game (ie 7 pm Friday) but I realize that isn't going to work for a lot of yall.

So, unless I hear a convincing objection, Judge Johnboy offers these options for each of the players who have not yet posted picks to choose from:
1) Pick all 14 games by 7 pm Friday. If that isn't feasible...
2) Pick in just the KC-Miami by 7 pm Friday and pick the other 13 by 1 pm on Sunday. If that doesn't work...
3) Skip the KC-Miami game and just pick the remaining 13 games by the usual 1 pm Sunday deadline.

I hope this is deemed to be a fair ruling.

nahh...hurricane prep took presedence today. Just had too much to do. And it didn't help that I drove out to the land fill with my yard waste and got stuck where the morons said I wouldn't get stuck. It was dark when they finally pulled me out with a front end loader...sheesh.

I can't find my scorecard this morning, but with less than an hour to go, I think I am missing jpinmilwau as well as panzade and gus. bbaptiste seems to have stopped play. I got no response to my pm.

Johnboy got religion and is changing my pick from Cincy to Pittsburgh.

I was looking back to last week to figure out how I did the deviant of the week thing. But I couldn't find it. Perhaps I neglected to do it.
But for this week, gus comes in at 22 (in large part to his pick of those wild and crazy guys in Minn). Close behind are child (18), cowdoc (17) and dragon (16). In the mid -range are eldiablo (13), region (12), liontamer and fbaezer (10), george (8) and ray (7). And johnboy is happy to join pan at (2).

The early games are over. I know that we all hate to say it, but Gus got the Green Bay-Minn game right. Well done.
God appeared to me last night in a dream and said "Steelers, you idiot!"
Through the early games, johnboy and george each have only one loss. fbaezer has two. Goes downhill from there.
