Meryl Streep said nothing when...

email item...

Quote:
“Meryl Streep said nothing when Obama's Justice Department was targeting reporters and intercepting their communications; she said nothing when Obama's Justice Department was arming Mexican drug lords, resulting in murder; she said nothing when Obama's IRS was threatening and intimidating private citizens because of their viewpoints; she said nothing when Obama's NSA was gathering a massive amount of telephonic activity by American citizens; she said nothing when Obama threw Israel over the cliff at the UN; she said nothing when Obama's policies (or lack thereof) contributed to the growth of ISIS and its genocide, rape, slavery, and torture; etc.

Streep is a liberal ass and partisan who should stick to what she knows -- memorizing words written by people smarter than she and then repeating them when directed to do so. She's incapable of basic reasoning and comprehension. She also disrespected her industry and the viewing public by using the Golden Globe Awards' ceremony to burp up her baloney, as if what she had to say was so urgent and momentous.”

@gungasnake,
*shrug*

She had a platform and used it. I think more has been given than needed to this event.

You know you've lost it with the hollyweirdos when you find yourself rooting for the villains in all their stupid movies....

So, yeah, Meryl, I don't watch your stupid **** any more. I watch operas and ballets and foreign films and various things I find on youtube, but not hollywood ****. If the choice comes down to what you claim it will then, yeah, I'll watch football and MMA rather than garbage produced by anybody who ever tried to elect a female version of Al Capone to the white house.

It's not what she said, but what she didn't say, that counts.

The truth of the matter is that the entire accusation which Streep was parroting is a pile of bullshit and that DT was in fact not mocking any sort of a handicap on the part of Kovaleski, he was mocking Kovaleski's confused state of mind and feigned loss of memory concerning an 01 article and other film from other DT rallies show him using the same hand gestures in describing two or three other people with no handicaps but who were also acting as democrat stooges in an indefensible manner.

@gungasnake,
I like ho your lens sees the Kovaleski mock.
1If he didnt man to mock Kovleskis condition, hy did trump carry on so? He either meant to be mocking a handicapped person or he was so imbued with a childish means of communication that theres a question about his overall IQ.

I agree with the above as to why the wing nutz are going bugshit over a "non issue" according to Kellyanne Conway . She asked us to "look into mr Trump's heart, not listen to his mouth"
DUUUUHHHH?

Do'nt his words give us a glimpse as to what's in his heart?

Scary dude.

Trump gets mocked a lot, even on prime time TV comedy shows (SNL did a job on both candidates. Baldwin exaggerated his physical appearance and personality to a degree of insult to both Trump and Clinton. Yet everyone thought it was funny.)

I don't know if he mocked that reporter or not. Trump holds that pose (lifted hand with fingers twisted) a lot and twists and turns his wrist. I didn't think much of it until I saw the reporter.

Only DT knows his intention of how he said the entire thing.

Of course he was mimicking (more like humorously portraying, actually) "something" and the guy turned out to be handicapped, but it is quite clear that Trump wasn't mimicking his handicap. But when did facts ever stop a lying media, I ask ya?

And, more relevantly for this forum, when did the partisan hacks ever stop uncritically accepting every negative thing about Trump that the media tried to frame him with?

But maybe I give them too much credit by assuming they are merely dupes. They too may be consciously and deliberately ratifying what they know is false. Makes a good talking point, ya know?

@edgarblythe,
As most people who care know, this whole thing started with Trump claiming that "thousands" of Muslims in Jersey (right across the river from NYC) were cheering the WTC disaster from rooftops. The "thousands" figure was obviously an exaggeration.

The Washington Post, and other mainstream outlets, then countered with their own exaggeration, by saying "no" such tailgate-style celebrations ever took place on rooftops in Jersey.

Trump then produced an article, written at the time, by one of the Post's own journalists (the "reporter" in question who happened, unbeknownst to Trump, to have a handicap) which detailed those very circumstances.

What was funny to me was that, while the left wing was recently denying that any such celebrations ever took place, they were insisting the opposite back at that time. However, back then, they changed the identity of the celebrators from muslims to jews, and then claimed that the "dancing jews" were evidence of Israel's complicity in the 9/11 attacks.

It's all rather disgusting, know what I'm sayin?

Chumps eat this **** up.
