I don't do that, I just gather the bubbles once in a while.

There are specific recipes for this, I think, something like 1/4 tsp baking soda.

I asked for a pic I saw somewhere about the "Texas Tan line" annd EG added another contribution re that pistol shaped BBQ cooker.
Im to blame for the diversion, Dont mean to get anyone annoyed.

Sad note about that gun shaped bbq pit. One of them fell over on a boy and killed him.

the design of that pit was loaded with lotsa heavy iron do dads and it was seemingly balanced by a boat trailer foot.
