Would your dad be able to use a tablet? If so, one with the Android OS would give him some access while he's waiting for Windows 10.

If I remember right, I think Farmerman's internet connection is via wifi. With all the snow they have, his computer problems may actually be wifi related since all the snow is probably blocking a good signal. I think he has several laptops for work, so if one is having a problem, he'd be able to switch over to another one.

i was wondering where fm had gone, and just assumed that he was trawling cod or something off Novia Scotia.

I hope he hurries back, as I have a six ounce nugget of gold that was sold to me by a Nigerian for £50, and want him to confirm that it's really worth thousands.

Farmerman takes cooling off periods I think. He tends to get overly emotional and steps away for mental health. He had been getting bad again. Likely he will be back at some point.
