Has anyone heard from LittleK lately? She last posted on October 2012 in my cat insulin question.

She's on Facebook almost exclusively now.

And I wonder how 2packs is doing.

He is making a pretty good recovery from his surgery. I 'talked' to him on FB just after New Year's.

Who can blame her, the new crop of unpleasant assholes on A2K are ruining my experience.
I'll be misplaced soon enough.

Quite a number of former Abuzzers and A2kers have left A2k in recent months for the reasons you cite. MsOlga, Calamity Jane Little K, dlowan, a number of others who virtually never show their faces here again. Myself, I hate Facebook. The assholes on A2k come and go. The old timers should stick together and stick it out.

Am I an old timer yet Andy? I still feel quite new. You don't have to answer the second part. I know a lot of people think I'm an arsehole.

Dlowan comes back once in a while. Calamity came back recently, and stuck around a little. I dearly hope she returns at least once in a while.

A2k is a strange but sometimes wonderful place - to me. I learn a lot from some knowledgeable people, probably should thank them more but I don't like to be too mushy; I love the wit when it happens, I have fun with our sports play and, when I don't get a sport, learn about it sort of by a2k osmosis ever so gradually. Not cricket, as yet. Also have access to some people I care a lot about, some of whom might be surprised.

I'm no fan of arguing over and over and over ad infinitum but that's me and I'm learning to just shut up and avoid that stuff.

I’ve heard from a few that have said they were hoping for the site in implement the new block feature that was discussed in this Thread. Of course most that post on facebook go back and fourth from here to there.
