It has been quite awhile since I've visited A2K, so this morning it was surprising to learn that I've been inducted into the A2K Hall of Fame. Underscoring that surprise is that a site dominated by the Left, would still remember an old Conservative who supported George Bush, and remains committed to winning the war on terror initiated by radical Islamic factions.

Has A2K evolved into a site where open-mindedness and civility are more common? I would hope so, but sorta doubt it. Now, I'll have to visit more often, if nothing else just to see if it is a friendlier place.

Everywhere is a friendlier place now that Obama is in office. Do come back Asherman, we are still tilted to the left, but it's a Roosevelt left and not a Trotsky left. And no one here is baking cookies for terrorists.

Yes, do come back, Asherman, and treat us to more of your silly fantasies. Tell us when, say, Iran took active steps to overthrow the governments of the UK and the US. Tell us when Iran supported the use of chemical weapons upon the people of the USA? How many died?

How many times has Iraq attacked the USA, the UK or other coalition of the suck ups countries?

How many invasions have there been upon US soil by Cuba, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Afghanistan, The Philippines, Vietnam, Chile, Venezuela, Panama, Grenada, Haiti, ...

How long did y'all have to suffer while your country was plundered and the people murdered, raped and tortured under an installed dictator? What was the final death toll from such incursions?

I miss the one woman who admitted to watching The Bachelor. I think her name was Johayo or something like that. She had recently had a baby and her husband was in Iraq. I wonder how she's doing.

Oh yes, she had those adorable dogs and then a baby boy - they had moved
up to Alaska. She was just darling.

Good question, Green Witch? Why would anyone want to stop the incessant lying [and liars] that has caused the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people and the incessant lying and avoidance that keeps their murderers from being brought to justice.

A better question might be,

Why would you mollycoddle such a liar and why wouldn't you have asked Asherman why he was spouting such drivel on the Lost & Misplaced thread?
