Ill repeat what I said to someone in a "welcome home" PM. Our laundry was done in a most primitive manner in our camp. We had a couple of helpers and a lady took in all the guys laundry and did it by beating it on a rock (I think , I never checked). Consequently, on entering the US I set off a few sniffers that were sensitive enough to pick up the amino compounds from our explosives.
It cost me another day in LA where I stayed at the airport, went to a TARGET, where a pair of jeans cost me 75 bucks (I usually buy jeans for under 15$ at the AMish stores). I boughjt a HAwaaian shirt that cost even more (but that was very cool), and I stayed overnight, guest of my client and flew home on Wed AM (Oct 17).
