I usually slip a folded paper towel in the bottom of the bag.

What have you done with him?
You missed his thread yesterday, defending his exclusive claim on his avatar?
That ear, those sunglasses!

I have been on a home improvement kick ever since I was laid off. I decide I was going to make the best of things and the best thing for me was to stay busy. So far, so good. I'm getting all kinds of things done in the house and I'm so damn proud of myself!

How you, bear and the cubs?
Excellent, Montana! Much better than sitting around moping!
Good to see you again!

agreed, much better to stand around mopping
For better or worse, I'm back.....at least for now. Glad to see so many familiar faces.
Not much new with me except I'm back in the hotel biz ~ employment in this area is crap, so I'm going with what I know. And it turned out to be a great decision. I love my job! And they appear to appreciate me!
My son will be graduating high school in three weeks and I'm beside myself ~ I cannot believe this time has come.
Anyway, hope ya'll are doing well. I'll pop in every so often as has been my habit.
Take care,
Rae
Hi, Rae, so pleased to see you post. Smiles all around.
Thank you, my dear! Your message made my day!
Love always,
Rae
Ossobuco.....
P. S. Love your signature quote!
Rae!!! Great to see you again. Glad you like the new job.
Hi Rae! I'm glad to see that you are neither lost nor misplaced.
Rae--
Let me join the chorus of welcome. Good to see you.
I am alive and kicking...sort of...I realized one day that I was not A2King...like the day I realized I had quit feeding the birds...it happens. However, I am enjoying my work in the yard, Berry College (Rome, GA) Seniors program and reading to the 3rd graders. I am toying with the idea of volunteering at the new Vets facility.
Nice to see you're back, Mapleleaf!
It saddens me to think of all those birds who perished because Mapleleaf forgot to feed them. I can still hear their last feeble cheeps, and then.... eternal darkness.
Not to worry, Gus. I found 'em and baked 'em all in a pie. Delicious.

Last I heard, he was still alive and kicking.
Thanks for asking.
Hi Mapleleaf! Long time, no see.
