Has anybody heard from Roberta (Riman) or seen any of her posts lately?
Raggedy, the last thread that she had on this forum was about taking chapter 13 bankruptcy. I do know this about New York. It's the only state that will take your home in a bankruptcy case, but I have no idea what Roberta owns, etc.
