People who blame Obama (or any president) for the drop in life expectancy doesn't understand much about governance or what causes shortening of life expectancy.

0bama is absolutely the WORST president this country has ever had - no contest... Only fools apologize for 0bama's total failure as a president. The 8 year long democrat caused depression is about to end, and the American people are once again enthusiastic about the future.
