The CIA and Departments of Justice and Treasury are being sued by a prominent legal organization for their role in leaking highly classified material as part of an effort to undermine the credibility of former Trump administration National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, according to an announcement.

When all of the Flynn phone calls came out, who were they tapping and why? Were they given orders to do that? By Whom?

But the Post spoke to nine former and current US officials with knowledge of the call, which was actually recorded by US intelligence agencies (as all such high-level calls to the Russian ambassador are).

Supreme Court returns case on transgender bathroom access to lower court

The Supreme Court on Monday sent a dispute over a Virginia transgender student's bathroom access back to a lower court, without reaching a decision.

The court vacated the current dispute after the Trump administration withdrew support for an Obama administration order supporting transgender students.

Flynn wasn't being tapped. Kyslyak was.

Also, it's worth noting a fundamental and very old propaganda device being used here - "multiple sources say". This device isn't just used by propagandists, of course. Any political message (or marketing message) is far more effective at influencing minds if it comes from multiple sources because coverage and credibility is increased.

300 refugees subjects of FBI terror investigations, U.S. officials say

Hundreds of people admitted to the United States as refugees are the subjects of FBI counterterrorism investigations involving ISIS. Nearly a third of the 1,000 FBI domestic terrorism cases – 300 – involve those admitted to the U.S. as refugees, a Department of Homeland Security official said Monday. Though they didn’t enter the nation as refugees, other terrorists have benefited from inadequate vetting to come to the U.S.

FBI Director James Comey said in late 2015 that some 900 terror investigations were going on, and probes were active in every state. At the time, Comey indicated the bureau was stretched thin by the sheer volume of investigations. "If that becomes the new normal," Comey said, "that would be hard to keep up."

Several refugees have already participated in mass attacks in recent years motivated by apparent Islamic radicalism.

Didn't know this. Trump spokesperson who is suddenly appearing everywhere, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, is Mike Huckabee's daughter.

You know, like Jews in Germany on their way to Bergen-Belsen were "rail transportation enjoyers".

I don't know about anybody else but this once a week crisis thing is getting boring. Trump says or tweets something controversial and the world goes nuts for a few days.

I'm sure he thinks he's being clever, and if his goal is to play his opponents like a fiddle, it's working, but it needs to stop as far as I'm concerned, and since his head on fire opponents in the MSM and Democrat Party sure aren't going to knock it off, it falls to POTUS.
