I think you are secretly in love with him and my guess is you may have been at some point charged with stalking him and now you are like a women scorned. It's the only explanation that fits your obsession. Now...It's OK to come out if the closet...After all you ARE a LIBERAL for goodness sake.

@giujohn,
When you have a history of lies, bigotry and scamming like Trump, all one needs to do is do a simple search. It's that easy!
Go to: trump lies or trump scams or trump bigotry

I am hesitant to respond to this, because that might give the impression that I give a ****, but....

Blathy will never pass up an opportunity to "scold" someone for even reading my posts. What's up with that? Why should he care?

Well, because he's a self-important stuffed shirt who wants to be taken extremely seriously. The guy has no sense of humor whatsoever, and that's the way he likes it. He doesn't want anyone else, including YOU, to have any fun, to consider any "external" opinions or sources of information, or to do anything less than "acknowledge" what he believes to be his manifest superiority.

Speaking for myself, NOBODY is going to tell me who I can listen to. I don't have agree with someone to "like" them. One's political views are among the least important aspects of a person's value to me. Blathy is seeking subservient disciples for his brand of commie-ass indoctrination, and is quite disturbed by any "intrusion" into HIS space.

Those of you who wish to accede to his instructions, be my guest. Just what I'd expect of a cheese-eater, actually.

They won't care what Trump does as long as he works to bring their jobs back.

I won't care what Trump does as long as he abolishes that horrendous executive order on guns and packs the courts full of judges who will respect the Constitution.

@oralloy,
I don't care if Trump shoots someone on 5th avenue, or even hundreds of them--as long as they're cheese-eaters, I'm fine with it.

Face it: Trump is whuppin his self some BIGTIME cheese-eatin ass. He is a boon to humanity.

Some people want to self-righteously declare that Trump is a "con man." Of course he is. It goes without saying.

But he's 10 times more open and honest than any "politician" I've ever seen. If you want to find a "con man" to complain about, head to Washington or your state legislature. You can't swing a dead cat by the tail there without hittingg 20 or 30 of them.

Truth be told, accusing someone else of being a con man is itself just a con game. There are always chumps who will fall for a scam--yours, or anybody else's. The problem is that you will end up believing your own scam, and will then be extremely susceptible to getting played by others who purport to have full faith in you.

A chump will always think he's chumpin somebody while he's getting chumped.

P. T. Barnum is reputed to have said "There's a sucker born every minute."

I don't believe it, never have.

As a world-class promoter, Barnum was NEVER guilty of understatement. It's all a slander, I tellya.

Goodness. A sitting Republican senator who hasn't traded his soul.
Quote:
Sen. John McCain slammed President Donald Trump's attacks on the media this week by noting dictators "get started by suppressing free press."

..."I hate the press," the Arizona Republican sarcastically told NBC News' Chuck Todd on "Meet the Press." "I hate you especially. But the fact is we need you. We need a free press. We must have it. It's vital."
But he continued, "If you want to preserve -- I'm very serious now -- if you want to preserve democracy as we know it, you have to have a free and many times adversarial press," McCain said in the interview. "And without it, I am afraid that we would lose so much of our individual liberties over time. That's how dictators get started."

Ever watch the 3-card monte scammers operate?

The mediocre one's can do OK by conning the poor saps who pass by all on his own.

But the one's who really haul in the cash have homeys who work with them. As the mark watches, they will come up, one at a time, bet $20, and lose. Every time the mark correctly sees where the queen is, and can't believe those suckers lost. After a spell, he figures he'll show everybody how astute he is and slaps down $20 himself.

He never quits there, either. He knows he has skill, so he tries again. And again. And again. Then he finally leaves, broke, and is completely bewildered by his own failure. He NEVER even suspects that he's been played--he chalks his losses up to his own inattentiveness.

He'll be back tomorrow.

Priebus is demanding that reporters stop using anonymous sources.

Imagine how many times this jerkwad has either given information to the press after clarifying that he would remain anonymous or has instructed another to do exactly that.

@blatham,
It's great if I can be assured that I will never be held accountable for anything I say, because no one will ever know I'm the one who said it. That opens up an opportunity to say ANYTHING I want. It's kinda like going for a touchdown in football when the "other team" is off the field. Piece of cake.

In criminal trials, jurors are always informed when a key witness has had serious charges against him dismissed in return for his testimony. If that's the only witness the State has, the defendant is almost invariably acquitted by an impartial jury.

Those cases can be won if you can stack the jury with people who are already biased against the defendant though. The press knows this.

Notice that he didn't quote any of the words the speaker actually said. Those would be facts. We don't want no stinkin facts. We just want to hear conclusory claims of opinion that serve our interests, that's all.

@blatham,
Sure we need a free press. That's just common sense. What we don't need though is a free press spreading lies and disinformation. Be free, but be honest.

Stop with the front page stories and then the page 12 retractions.
