Michigan Legislature Subpoenas Election Officials

Disenfranchisement goes both ways. Illegally cast ballots and glitches disenfranchise legal voters. Thousands had software or other errors flip their vote against their intent. At least two Michigan counties experienced such glitches, in both cases flipping Republican votes to Democrats. The question is, did similar glitches affect other counties.

Just as former Vice President Joe Biden secured the 270 electoral votes to become the 46th president of the United States, in Michigan, a joint state Senate and House oversight committee voted along party lines to subpoena documents relating to the 2020 election, investigating irregularities without evidence.

Chair of the committee, Sen. Ed McBroom (R-Vulcan) acknowledged that reports of irregularities were anecdotal, but insisted that a subpoena for documents would provide clarity because the public is at a "fever pitch" of interest.

“The premise of these hearings is not to overturn the will of the people of this state, not to overturn right and fair and honest elections,” he said.

Swing states stopped counting votes for no apparent reason. Polling places kicked out GOP poll watchers and covered up their windows so that no one could see what was going on inside. The USPS changed postmark dates on mailed-in ballots so that Biden could get more votes. Unmarked vans showed up outside polling places in Detroit and carried coolers of ballots into the polling stations on red wagons hours before hundreds of thousands of votes were counted for Biden. Nevada counted thousands of votes from out of state. Georgia kept finding more votes, as did Pennsylvania. And, in the blink of an eye, Trump was losing.

To me, the brazenness of that was shocking. They did not even try to hide the voter fraud that was going on. They just cheated and expected Americans to sit and be quiet about it.

By the way, how do they identify Democratic, Republican, and independent ballots? In my state all the ballots are alike and anyone can vote for the candidate they prefer.

Your evidence sounds pretty clear. And if the fraud is that clear, Trump’s lawyers should have no problem proving it in court.

So far, all of the cases being brought to challenge the election results are being thrown out, and being called baseless and frivolous.

Wisconsin Clerks May Have Unlawfully Altered Thousands of Absentee

County and municipal clerks and poll workers across Wisconsin may have unlawfully altered witness statements on thousands of mail-in ballots across the state, "The Dan O'Donnell Show" has learned.

Wisconsin Statute 6.86 provides that an absentee ballot must be signed by a witness, who is also required to list his or her address. If a witness address is not listed, then the ballot is considered invalid and must be returned to the voter to have the witness correct.

Instead, multiple sources tell "The Dan O'Donnell Show," municipal clerks and vote counters across the state simply filled out witness signatures themselves. Acting on false and unlawful advice from the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC), these clerks may have inadvertently invalidated thousands of absentee votes.

"The statute is very, very clear," said retired Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman, who worked as a poll watcher in Milwaukee on Election Day. "If an absentee ballot does not have a witness address on it, it's not valid. That ballot is not valid."

Get a grip. There's 12.801,000 people in PA. At 5% of the population, that's 640,000 people over the age of 80. And doubting 1555 requested ballots? You should congratulate them, not scoff at them.
